Natural Surrender
in the Heart of Reality
An Evening Sitting and a Weekend Intensive with Krishna Gauci and Vivian Coles
Fayetteville, Arkansas
June 7 - 10, 2007 |
 |
Join us as we explore the startling miracle of how natural surrender—which begins with being honest with ourselves– can offer us what we’ve always really wanted deep inside.
The real Secret of Life is that you are not separate from it. All of our experiences, the good and the bad, can bring us into a direct felt experience of our connection to Being, to the Divine in and as ourselves and others. Discover the flow that moves in natural cooperation with Reality, and invites our deeper trust in and surrender into Reality’s very Heart.
Krishna and Vivian facilitate this exploration and flow through talks, guided meditation, questions and answers, gazing transmission and silent sitting.

Mindfulness Meditation Residential Retreat:
Focusing on our Inner Landscape
Sponsored by Unity of Fayetteville
June 6-9 with Ben Worth and Kate Guendling at country home of Mary Lightheart
Full retreat Wednesday night 6 pm through Saturday Dinner, $75
Mini retreat…Friday night and Saturday, $30
Ben Worth and Kate Guendling will lead this retreat to create openings for our spiritual nature to be felt and expressed in creative ways. We will use structured silence and rituals as the tools to explore our inner landscape and go beyond the senses. Age-old methods will be used to resolve issues and find answers not available to our analytical minds. This will be a sangha (community) experience as we support each other to go beyond our normal stress-filled world to a place of compassion, love, and peace. Mindfulness has a way of reducing our stress and allowing us to see things more clearly without having to think our way out of our messes. Regular practice of mindfulness will integrate our meditation with our everyday lives.
Retreat leader Ben Worth has been a spiritual guide in Kansas City for over ten years. He has pursued healing, wholeness and awakening for more than twenty years. Combining Buddhist and Christian philosophy with the wisdom of science sets Ben’s teachings apart. He is dedicated to creating simple and practical techniques for healing our wounds, learning from our problems, and finding peace.
Kate Guendling holds degrees in Communications and Religious Studies.
